Shipping policy
Shipping:
- We offer free shipping on orders over $100.
- All orders ship within 1-2 business days, unless product is a pre-order or is on backorder. Unless noted, your order will ship in one shipment once all items are in stock.
- We ship via USPS. Once the package has left our hands, it is up to the USPS to get it delivered to you. We are not responsible for lost or missing packages.
- Local pickup is available in Hattiesburg, MS.
- Tracking notifications will be sent to you via e-mail or text once your order has shipped.
Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt of item. If you select LOCAL PICK UP Your return window starts on the day your order is placed, not when you pick it up.
- Returns are eligible for Store Credit or Exchange only.
- All merchandise must be returned in original, unopened/damaged packaging.
- You are responsible for the shipping fee and handling of the returned item. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Send your package back to us via the most economical shipping method of your choice - we recommend USPS Priority with tracking provided.
- Once your package is received please allow 5 business days for return processing. When your return is processed you will be emailed a notification once your return is received.
- Please mail items eligible for return to our mailing address
- If you send an item back that does not meet our return guidelines we may charge a 20% restocking fee.
